BUST: total circumference of your bust line, divided by 2.
WAIST: total circumference of your waistline, divided by 2.
LENGTH: from the top of your shoulder to the top of your hip.

This halter is FREE SIZE which means one size fits most S M L sizes. Slightly more fitted than the Pamela style, but still fits most due to the adjustable halter ties and elasticized back bust.
