How to measure yourself to find the appropriate size:
WAIST: total circumference of your waist, divided by 2.
HIPS: total circumference of your hips, divided by 2.
LENGTH: from the top of your hip to your upper thigh.

These shorts stretch in the back waist band and the Velcro tie up fly give room at the waist. They fit true to standard sizing. We suggest you order your normal size in shorts.
